Terms of Service

App Screenshot Magic lets users upload app screens and related creative assets, enter prompts and copy, generate screenshot images, download generated assets, and optionally upload confirmed screenshot sets to App Store Connect.

You are responsible for your account, all activity under it, and keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful business or personal purposes.

You must own or have sufficient rights to all screenshots, logos, inspiration images, text, prompts, and other materials you upload or provide. You may not upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or violates another person's rights.

You authorize App Screenshot Magic to process your uploaded assets, prompts, project data, and generated outputs solely to provide the service, including generating, editing, storing, previewing, exporting, supporting, and optionally uploading screenshots at your request.

When you use screenshot generation features, we may send your uploaded images, prompts, text, and related project data to third-party AI service providers to create or edit screenshots.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, suitable for your app, or approved by Apple.

• Customers purchase prepaid credits through Stripe Checkout.
• One credit equals one successfully generated screenshot.
• Credits are consumed only after a generation succeeds and the output is saved.
• Failed generations do not consume credits. If a technical failure consumes credits incorrectly, contact support and we will restore affected credits after review.
• Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, and may not be transferred or resold unless we approve it in writing.

If you use direct upload features, you are responsible for creating, securing, rotating, limiting, and deleting your own App Store Connect API keys. You authorize us to use credentials you provide only to complete the upload actions you request.

Direct uploads happen only after user confirmation. Uploading screenshots may replace existing screenshots for the selected app, version, locale, and device size. You are responsible for confirming that the selected app, version, locale, and device size are correct. We are not responsible if you upload to the wrong app or version because of an incorrect selection.

App Screenshot Magic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

We may refuse, remove, limit, or suspend content or accounts that we believe are abusive, illegal, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or likely to damage the service, our users, third parties, or our providers.

We do not guarantee that Apple will approve your screenshots, app listing, metadata, or app submission. Apple's review decisions, policies, and platform availability are outside our control.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create risk for us or others, or fail to pay amounts owed. Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, Apple review outcomes, or third-party platform issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to App Screenshot Magic in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Alberta will have jurisdiction unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
